I work with IPTV set-top boxes at Motorola as a software engineer.
About
I was born 1974 in Nyköping, Sweden and have studied at Linköpings universitet, where the studies led to a degree called "Civilingenjörsexamen inom datateknik" in Swedish. (It is roughly equivalent to a degree of master of science in computer science and engineering.)
Family: Carina.
Interests
- Programming. I have experience in many languages and small to medium-sized projects, and I like to learn new things and concepts. I have put some of my small software projects at a separate page.
- Configuration management tools. In particular, alternatives to CVS.
- Software build tools. In particular, alternatives to autotools/make.
- Debian. I'm a Debian developer, so I lurk on a bunch of Debian mailing lists and maintain a handful of packages.
- Music. I sing in the male voice choir Lihkören and occasionally play some instruments.
- Dark chocolate and coffee-based beverages, preferably in combination.
